Product Limited Warranty
If a product is defective, the limitation of liability is to replace our products provided they are used on the service for which we recommend them. There are no warranties, either expressed or implied (including any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose) in connection with our products except as expressly stated herein. We shall not pay for charges (other than freight) for labor, expenses or damages occasioned by defective material. We will not be liable, in any case, for consequential or punitive damages. All of the above terms and conditions are in effect for 12 months from the date of shipment from our facility.
No warranty shall be applied to any product which is modified or changed in any manner after leaving our facility. Any tampering with internal parts or substitution of parts from another manufacturer, including any and all sealing parts, shall void applicable warranties.
Parties desiring to return products should first request a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) form. We assume no responsibility for products returned without our permission. Products made to order, differing from standard, or specifically modified per request may not be returned. Returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee. An RGA may not be issued for items that were purchased more than 3 months prior (starting from the date of shipping) and wish to be returned for reasons other than analysis.
